Loren’s expertise is multifamily and commercial real estate transactions. During his time at LJCG he has successfully closed over 100 commercial real estate loans. Responsible for developing new business relationships focused on commercial real estate purchase and refinance loan opportunities, Loren works through a direct network of lender, borrower, broker, and third party relationships.
To all of his relationships he brings a decade of experience in real estate and finance that includes inside/outside sales, secondary market commercial loan trading, and due diligence analysis for capital markets transactions. Loren is a licensed California real estate salesperson.
A love of adventure has lead Loren to visit over 30 countries around the world. Back at home, his vast travel experience has taught him many lessons that he puts to work in his business endeavors. As an apartment owner & investor in his own right, Loren is sensitive to minimizing expenses for his clients and has a personal understanding of the importance of increasing net operating income through maximizing gross income.
